hosted by Garyscourse, you agree to the following terms:

informational purposes only. The content is not intended to be a substitute for
professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your

2. Mental Health Advisory
If you have a history of mental illness, whether treated or untreated, or are experiencing emotional or psychological distress, it is strongly advised that you do not participate in this program without consulting a mental health professional. Garyscourse is not responsible for your success or failure in this program and makes no express or implied guarantees regarding any specific outcomes.
4. Waiver of Liability
By participating, you agree to release Garyscourse, its affiliates, facilitators, and third-party service providers from any liability for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from your participation in the session or event. This waiver extends to all forms of claims, whether they are for negligence, breach of contract, or any other cause of
action. This includes any injuries that may result from physical exercises, emotional
experiences, or advice provided during the program.
5. No Guarantees
No warranties, express or implied, are given for the success or satisfaction of the
services provided. Due to the nature of personal development and self-help, it is
impossible to guarantee specific results. All services are provided "as is"
and Garyscourse disclaims any warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy,
reliability, or effectiveness of the content and techniques presented.
6. Refund Policy
All sales of services are final, and no refunds will be provided. The client understands that the process of personal growth is unique to each individual, and progress or lack thereof is the sole responsibility of the participant.

7. Minors

Participants under the age of 18 must provide signed consent from a parent or guardian to participate. The guardian must also be present during all sessions.
8. Use of Content
All materials, methods, and content used in the program are protected by intellectual
property laws and are intended for personal use only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any material is prohibited without prior written consent from Garyscourse
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Garyscourse be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use the services provided, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The total liability of Garyscourse for any claim arising out of or related to these services is
limited to the amount paid by the participant, not exceeding $1,500.
10. Consent and Acceptance
